Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Orange Coatings LLC holds Arizona ROC License 365464 and is fully bonded and insured. We carry liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance to property managers, HOAs, or general contractors upon request. You're protected on every project we touch.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Surprise, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Peoria, Goodyear, Waddell, Glendale, Buckeye, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Sun City, and Sun City West. If your property is in the greater West Valley or Phoenix metro area and isn't on this list, call us anyway. We may still be able to help.

What paint brands and products do you use?

We exclusively use the highest-tier products from Sherwin-Williams: Emerald Interior for interiors and Emerald Exterior for exteriors. We don't substitute down to mid-grade products on any job. These products hold color longer, clean up easier, and give homeowners and business owners a finish that lasts.

How long does a typical paint job take?

A single-room interior repaint is typically a one-day job. A full interior for a standard Surprise home takes three to five days. Exterior painting on a typical single-family home takes two to four days depending on prep requirements. Commercial and industrial projects are scheduled on a case-by-case basis. We'll give you a firm timeline at your estimate.

Do you do commercial and industrial painting, or only residential?

We do both. Orange Coatings LLC serves residential homeowners, commercial property owners, and industrial clients across Surprise, AZ and the Phoenix metro. Noah Baldwin built his background in residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal construction. Our crews scale to meet projects of all sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept check, cash, and major credit cards. Payment terms are outlined in your written contract before work begins. For larger commercial projects, we offer progress billing tied to project milestones. Contact us to discuss payment options for your specific project.

Can you match my existing paint color?

Yes. We can color-match existing paint on walls, trim, doors, and exteriors using Sherwin-Williams in-store color-matching equipment. Bring a chip sample or we can take a reading directly from your wall. If you have the original color code or name, even better. We'll get you an exact match.

Do you work on HOA-governed properties in Surprise or the West Valley?

Yes. We work on HOA properties frequently throughout Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, and Litchfield Park. We're familiar with the approval process and can provide color samples and product specs to your HOA for review. Having ROC 365464 and full insurance documentation also satisfies most HOA contractor requirements.

How do I prepare my home for a painting crew?

For interiors, clear small personal items and valuables from rooms being painted. Our crew handles furniture protection with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. For exteriors, make sure we have access around the perimeter and let us know about any landscaping you want us to take extra care around. We handle prep, masking, and daily cleanup.

Do you offer pool deck, epoxy floor, and driveway coatings?

Yes. In addition to interior and exterior painting, Orange Coatings LLC coats concrete pool decks, installs epoxy flooring for garages and commercial spaces, and coats and seals concrete driveways throughout Surprise, AZ and the West Valley.
